Submit your document to us for editing. Alternatively, you can Contact us here; our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

Pangaea accepts documents in MS Word format.

Standard turn-around time for our services is 4–7 business days, depending on the length of the document and the extent of editing required. However, for very long documents, the time required might be a bit longer. If 1–3 days turnaround time is required, you can avail our Express services.

Yes. Our editors make sure that word count reduction does not compromise the quality or quantity of the information you intend to convey.

You can make payment through wire transfers, NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer), or through payment gateway, as mentioned in Payments option.

We strongly recommend that you send your document for another round of editing after incorporating the changes suggested by our editors. If you want to get your document checked/edited more than the number of free editing rounds offered within the scope of the service chosen, you can avail our PER services.

If you want your document re-formatted or to undergo further rounds of editing beyond the free editing rounds offered within the scope of the service chosen, you can avail our PER services.

We, at Pangaea always try to complete the work before the stipulated time. However, in any rare case, if you receive your work late, please drop-in an e-mail at contact@thepangaea.cloud. We will provide a 10% discount on the editing fees. Subsequently, delay of every additional day from our end will result in 10% reduction in the fees.

In such a case, we offer a free of cost re-editing of the document (provided the changes suggested by our editors were accepted and no post-editing changes were made to the document). Moreover, as a compensatory gesture, we offer a 15% discount on your next assignment.

Yes, we provide Language Editing Certificate, if requested. However, we provide Editing Certificate if the entire manuscript is edited by us; only the author names, affiliations, and reference list can be excluded.
