Throughout the website, wherever the context so requires “You”, “Your”, “Client” or “Customer” shall mean the end user who uses our services and the terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” and “Pangaea” shall mean Pangaea Academic Communications. By visiting our website and/or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If at any time these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please cease the use of our services immediately.

Pangaea does not (and will not) take responsibility for the originality, feasibility, and accuracy of the study presented.

The customer commissioning the job to us will be responsible for the payment.

Upon completion of the job, payment should be made within 15 days. In case of any foreseeable delay in payment, please contact us with a justifiable reason when commissioning the job to us. The time-waiver for payment will solely be at the discretion of Pangaea.

In case of any negative language-related comments or rejection by the journal owing to poor language quality of the document edited by Pangaea, we offer a free of cost re-editing of the document (provided no post-editing changes were made to the document). Moreover, as a compensatory gesture and to uphold our commitment to quality, we offer a 15% discount on your next assignment.

We are committed to the delivery of the job by the deadline, as per the editing plan chosen. Under rare and exceptional circumstances, there might be a delay. In such cases, you reserve the right to withdraw the assignment or claim a 10% discount on the editing fees. Subsequently, delay of every additional 12 h will result in 10% reduction in the fees.

We collect certain personal information (such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, country location, postal address, zip code, education and occupation details), from you, when you register with us, use our services, or request for information or costumer support. We may also collect certain information, including IP address, operating system, and browser type, through cookies. All such information will be held in confidentiality with us.
Anti-Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism), besides being ethically wrong, is a serious offense. Plagiarism includes complete plagiarism, plagiarism of a portion, patchwork plagiarism, or paraphrasing plagiarism; each of these can have serious consequences. We do not work upon any document, the contents of which are copied or plagiarized in any of the aforementioned forms.
